FAQ's

1. How do I place an order?

Add the item that you would like to your cart.  If you would like a customized bag, please send me a message of what you would like before placing your order. 

2. What is the return policy?

Refunds


Refunds will be issued on orders (minus shipping costs) if the order is incorrect.  The item must be returned within 7 days in the condition it was recieved.  If an order is returned used or damaged, a refund will not be issued.  

 

Exchanges

Exchanges will be issued on orders (minus shipping costs) if the order is incorrect.  The item must be returned within 7 days in the condition it was received.  If an order is returned used or damaged, an exchange will not be issued.

Lost & Damaged Orders


Orders that are lost or damaged in transit are not the responsibility of Sha'Lari Couture.  Insurance can be purchased for an additional cost. 

Cancelled Orders


Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.  After 24 hours, a $15 restocking fee will be charged.

 

Custom Orders


Due to the nature of custom orders, they cannot be refunded or exchanged.

3. What is your shipping policy?

Domestic Orders

Shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include tracking and $50 insurance. Delivery times range from 3 business days to 6 weeks. Additional insurance can be purchased for an additional fee, contact me for details.

International Orders

Shipped via USPS First Class Mail and DOES NOT INCLUDE tracking OR insurance. Delivery times vary from country to country and can range from 2 to 4+ weeks. The shipping charge is for shipping only and DOES NOT include custom fees. 

Orders will be marked as "Merchandise" on the customs form. It is strictly prohibited to ask Sha'Lari Couture to falsify any information on the customs form (i.e. lower the cost of an item or mark the item as a gift). Failure to comply with regulation, will result in the cancellation of your order and a $15 restocking fee. 


International Orders-Damage, Lost, & Shipment Delays


Sha'Lari Couture IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for damages incurred via transit, for lost orders, or delayed shipments. 

International Shipping and Insurance


If you would like to upgrade your shipping or add additional insurance to your order, please contact me for details. 

Rush Orders


Any order can be rushed, please contact me before placing your order.

4. Which methods of payment do you accept?

Sha'Lari Couture accepts payments through PayPal.
