Returns

Sha’Lari Couture will accept a return and issue a refund (minus the shipping costs) if the item is returned in the condition it was received within 7 days.  If the order is returned used or damaged, a refund will not be issued.

 

Exchanges

Sha’Lari Couture will exchange an order if the order is incorrect.  The item must be returned within 7 days in the condition it was received.  If the order is returned used or damaged, an exchange will not be issued. 

Lost or Damaged Orders

Sha’Lari Couture is not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged in transit.  In order to avoid this from happening, insurance can be purchased for an additional cost.   

Cancelled Orders

Sha’Lari Couture will accept an order cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase.  In the event you do not cancel within 24 hours, a $15 restocking fee will be accessed.

 

Custom Orders

Due to the nature of custom orders, Sha’Lari Couture does not offer refunds or exchanges.

 

Shipping Policy (Domestic Only)

Sha’Lari Couture’s orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and include tracking and $50 insurance.  Delivery times can range from 3 to 5 days.  If you would like your order shipped via USPS Express or would like to purchase additional insurance, please contact Sha’Lari Couture for pricing. 

International Orders

​At this time, Sha’Lari Couture is not shipping orders Internationally.
